About Delware
Delware’s roots stem back to 1975 when it was first established as a reseller of after-market tractor parts by founder Mittar Sain Khetrapal in New Delhi, India.
Soon after, his sons branched out and began exports of brass, aluminium and steel components into Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific under the exports business name Nidhi Exports.
The small family business rapidly expanded thereafter into engineering design and manufacturing, taking a tailored approach providing OEM manufacturing solutions to clients across eight industries in our key markets – Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and the United States.
Today, Delware is a team of over 50 employees working together to provide cast and forged manufacturing solutions catering to a portfolio of over 300 leading hardware brands with production out of its manufacturing site in Gurugram, India.
1975
Janta Tractors founded by M. S. Khetrapal
After migrating from Burma to India, M. S. Khetrapal founded Janta Tractors, a trading business importing and exporting tractor components for use in the automotive trade.
1980
Sons join the family business.
Not long after, M. S Khetrapal’s sons joined the family business to support their farther, trading automotive components across India.
1986
Nidhi Exports founded.
With time, the family business diversified into not only trading, but manufacturing components for automotive parts and reselling these in the India automotive market under the company name ‘Nidhi Exports’
1994
New beginnings off-shore.
As business picked up, the younger of the two brothers sought after new demand for the new business in the Pacific – migrating with his family to New Zealand.
2001
Factory opened in Gurugram, India.
With a strong clientele supporting business expansion, Nidhi Exports cut the ribbon on their own manufacturing facility in Gurugram, India – 4500 sqm of factory including a warehouse.
2004
Going Global.
Nidhi Exports expands operations by servicing clients globally, not just in Australia & New Zealand.
2010
Recognised as a leader in third party manufacturing.
Leading hardware brands globally recognise Nidhi Exports as a leader in third party manufacturing services.
2018
Re-branded to ‘Delware’.
With our increasing global presence, a need to rebrand the business was established. Nidhi Exports was officially rebranded to ‘Delware’ which is short for ‘Delhi Hardware’. Symbolic of the origins of the company.
